MECHANICAL SYSTEMS
SANITARY SYSTEM
DOMESTIC HOT WATER SUPPLY
Domestic hot water will be provided from the Wall Mounted Hermetic (C4) Gas Boiler. (Gas Boiler will be procured by the owner)
DOMESTIC COLD WATER SUPPLY
Booster water pump will be installed
WATER TANK
50 Ton Central Modular water tank will be installed
Waste water Pump will be installed against flood
NATURAL GAS SYSTEM
Natural Gas network will be installed
Natural Gas network will be installed for Kitchens
Quadro Chimney System (Steel) will be installed for the C4 Hermetic Gas Boilers.
HEATING AND COOLING SYSTEM
Hermetic type gas boilers will be installed.
Hot Water required for the radiators will be provided by the C4 Hermetic Type Gas Boilers.
Split Type Air Conditioners will be installed by the owners.

In living rooms,kitchens and every room telephone, modem and cable tv will be provided.

Between the main gate and every flat there will be intercom facility with screen.
SECURITY
In this project there is no security system. Only a simple facade illumination is considered.
FIRE DETECTION SYSTEM
In this project only gas detectors in the kitchen are considered, the gas flow will be controlled through a soleneid valve controlled by the gas detector in every flat.
